Refin Homes Limited is expanding, looking for a strategic Financial Controller to take charge of our finance operations and help shape the future of affordable housing in Nigeria.
If you have 10+ years of progressive finance experience (including 5 in leadership), a solid background in financial planning, budgeting, and investment analysis—and you’re passionate about making real impact—this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do:
Drive financial strategy, planning, and budgeting
Guide investment decisions and cost optimization
Lead financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
Collaborate across departments and support project evaluations
Be part of a purpose-driven team redefining the housing space
What You’ll Need:
✅ Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
✅ ACA or ACCA certified (MBA is a plus)
✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
✅ Must be based in Lagos
Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦850,000 monthly
