The ideal candidate will create engaging, visually appealing designs for impactful podcast episodes for our blog posts, social media channels, magazine publications, advertising campaigns, YouTube educational videos, and dynamic short-form content.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Edit podcast episodes, ensuring smooth flow, clarity, and engaging storytelling
- Produce educational YouTube videos with attention-grabbing intros, clear editing, and professional finishing touches.
- Create visually compelling short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok, tailored to audience engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and vision.
- Manage and organize all video content effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
- Develop compelling video concepts that align with our brand and content strategy
- Script, plan, and produce high-quality videos of varying lengths for different platforms
- Edit footage to ensure the final product tells a cohesive and engaging story
- Create attention-grabbing thumbnails and preview clips for social media
- Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align video strategy with overall goals
- Stay updated on emerging trends in video content and AI video generation Analyze video performance and make data-driven improvements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in video production, digital storytelling, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging video content that drives views and engagement
- Experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Synthesia, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles and how to adapt them to different formats
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Knowledge of YouTube algorithms and optimization strategies
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects A portfolio showcasing your video work, particularly examples that demonstrate your storytelling ability
Additional Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Photography skills
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with brand development
