Are you a recent graduate passionate about architecture and eager to kickstart your career in real estate development? Cogent Properties Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Architect to join our dynamic team.

Location:

• Office: Surulere, Lagos
Project Sites: Yaba, Lagos

What You'll Do:

• Assist in developing architectural designs and construction drawings.
• Prepare and update drawings and models using Revit and other CAD software.
• Support project teams with design documentation and coordination.
• Participate in site inspections and supervise ongoing works.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct site measurements and as-built drawings as needed.
Support the team in preparing presentations and reports.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or HND in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and a strong willingness to learn.
• Organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and openness to working across both office and site locations.
Willingness to travel between Surulere and Yaba as required.
