- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee and coordinate operations across our hospitality and FMCG business units.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, managing teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of both the hospitality and FMCG units.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
- Lead, coach, and manage department heads and staff to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Analyze business performance and generate regular reports for the executive team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence across all business outlets.
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives.
- Monitor inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for business development and process improvement.
- Represent the company in external engagements and maintain a positive public image.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.
- Hands-on experience with inventory systems, POS, and supply chain management.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Iyana-Ipaja or its environs.
