Role Description
This is a contract role for a Front Desk Receptionist / GSA. The role is on-site and located in Benin City. The Front Desk Receptionist / GSA will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include greeting and assisting guests, handling phone inquiries, performing clerical duties, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for hotel patrons. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills and ability to handle administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent qualification
