We're Hiring: Flutter Developer (Nigeria-Based | Remote)

Are you a Flutter developer passionate about building immersive, high-performance mobile experiences? We're looking for a skilled and creative Flutter Developer to join our growing team and help bring bold ideas to life.

As a key part of our mobile team, you'll work on creating intuitive, dynamic, and highly interactive UIs using Flutter. This is a fully remote opportunity open to talented developers based in Nigeria .

? Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
• Translate complex UI/UX wireframes into clean, modular Flutter code
• Implement rich, dynamic interfaces with animations, micro-interactions, and custom widgets
• Optimize performance across different device types and screen sizes
• Integrate real-time features such as quizzes, ranking systems, and progression maps
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ship features that align with product vision
• Handle state management, caching, and efficient data fetching using tools like Riverpod, or Provider

? Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart
• Deep understanding of custom UI development , including layout optimization and gesture handling
• Experience with animations, transitions, and UI feedback effects
• Familiarity with gamified UI principles , such as XP systems, ranking progressions, and interactive cards
• Knowledge of REST APIs , Firebase or Supabase (real-time DBs, cloud functions)
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and responsiveness for dark-themed or immersive UIs
• Comfortable with component-based architecture and scalable app design
• Experience with state management frameworks (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider)
• Version control using Git

? Bonus Points:

• Prior work on military-style , data-driven , or simulation-related interfaces
• Sound/audio interaction handling in apps (e.g., medal sounds, haptics)
• Background in education tech or gamified learning platforms
• Understanding of accessibility and performance optimization on mobile
