Job Summary

The Field / Traditional Marketer at Lyte Shipping Limited will be responsible for executing on-the-ground marketing activities to promote our shipping and logistics services, generate leads, and support sales efforts. This role focuses on direct engagement with potential clients, market research, and brand promotion within Tradefair Market or Lagos Island Market, and surrounding areas .

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage potential customers in the assigned locations.
• market our services to customers and potential customer in assigned location and environs
• Distribute marketing materials and follow up on leads to convert them into clients.

• Conduct offline marketing campaigns including flyers, banners, posters, and roadshows in strategic areas.

• Explain Lyte Shipping services to prospects, addressing questions and concerns.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing team.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales department to achieve set targets.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, leads generated, and client feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing or sales (logistics industry preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales/marketing targets.
• Familiarity with Tradefair Market, Lagos Island Market, and surrounding areas is a strong advantage.

• Number of leads generated and converted into paying clients.
• Customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
• Brand visibility and market coverage achieved.
• Timely and accurate field reports.

Work Conditions

• Field-based role within Tradefair Market or Lagos Island Market and environs .
May require weekend work for marketing events or campaigns.
