- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers within the assigned area.
- Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, product demos, and campaigns.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
