Job Title: Field Marketer - Oja by Tendar

Location: Lagos

About Oja:

Oja is Tendar’s Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product designed to make everyday shopping easier and more affordable for Nigerians. We partner with merchants to give customers access to flexible payment options.

Role Overview:

We are looking for proactive and results-driven Field Marketers to drive Oja’s adoption in key markets. You will be responsible for engaging merchants and customers directly, creating awareness, and ensuring sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and onboard Oja to merchants and customers in assigned markets.

• Achieve daily target.

• Participate in joint market storms and activation campaigns (at least once every 2 weeks).

• Share live location and activity updates during field work.

• Provide feedback on market trends, customer insights, and challenges.
  

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc. (or equivalent experience).

• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Must be familiar with Lagos markets (Bariga, Alaba, Trade Fair, etc.).
