Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote the store’s products and brand within the local and creative communities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, art groups, studios, and bulk-buying customers.
- Attend relevant events, exhibitions, and community gatherings to showcase products and connect with potential clients.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to help improve product offerings and marketing efforts.
- Support in-store and off-site marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales. Represent the brand in a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or community outreach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be approachable and engaging.
- Ability to identify and bring in bulk deals, partnerships, and high-value customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with art supplies or creative industries is an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable traveling within designated areas to promote the brand.
- Capable of planning and executing field campaigns and reporting performance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
