Job Summary
A fast-growing fashion brand in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a Store / Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations, inventory management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has strong retail experience, an eye for detail, and a passion for fashion and customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion store and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Supervise and train retail staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Manage inventory – monitor stock levels, ensure accurate stock counts, and coordinate restocking.
- Handle in-store logistics including order fulfillment for online and walk-in customers.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing according to the brand’s aesthetic.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to coordinate new product launches and promotions.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ relevant experience in a retail or fashion operations role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory and POS systems (e.g., Vend, Shopify) is a plus.
- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of trends and customer behavior.
- Close proximity to the store's location in Lekki is required
