Our client, a fast-growing lifestyle and fashion skateboarding brand, is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s marketing initiatives. This role will drive brand campaigns, customer engagement, and market expansion, while shaping the brand narrative across all platforms. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of youth culture, streetwear, and brand storytelling, and thrives in a high-energy, design-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations across multiple channels.
- Oversee content creation, social media strategy, and community engagement to drive audience growth.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships, brand ambassadors, and strategic collaborations.
- Lead brand activations, pop-up events, and community-focused initiatives to strengthen market presence.
- Optimise digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and website performance.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity.
- Analyse marketing performance data to refine campaigns and ensure optimal ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agency collaborations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and production teams to ensure brand alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.
- Strong understanding of streetwear, skate culture, and community-driven marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead campaigns, manage budgets, and analyse performance metrics.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Email Marketing Tools, etc.).
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.
