We are a reputable and fast-growing horticulture and landscape firm with a farm based in Ogun State, Nigeria, specialising in the cultivation of ornamental plants, flowering shrubs, shade and avenue trees, grasses, and groundcovers for landscaping, urban greening, and environmental restoration projects across Nigeria.

Our vision is to become the largest producer and storehouse of currently endangered plant species in Nigeria and beyond.

We are seeking a Farm Manager (Full-time) with exceptional experience, integrity, and results-orientation to lead our nursery and tree-farm operations. The successful candidate will:

• Oversee end-to-end farm management, maintaining the highest standards of plant health, quality, and production efficiency.
• Lead and motivate skilled and semi-skilled teams, applying effective management techniques to optimise performance.
Ensure compliance with environmental best practices and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily farm operations including planting, propagation, and irrigation.
• Oversee plant health, pest control, and soil management.
• Supervise and train nursery staff to maintain high standards.
• Maintain accurate farm records and reports.
Ensure compliance with environmental and agricultural standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ farm management experience.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence (motorbike & vehicle).
Willingness to reside in or relocate to Owode-Ofada.
