Summary
- The Factory Staff supports daily operations in a food manufacturing plant by operating machinery, ensuring product quality, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery
- Handle raw materials and package finished goods
- Conduct quality checks and report defects
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Document production data and issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Participate in training and follow company policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accurate weighing of raw and finished materials
- Meeting production targets
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Effective packaging and labelling
- Daily participation in GMP-related activities (e.g., HACCP, sanitation)
- This role requires physical stamina, precision, and a strong focus on quality and safety in a team-based environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in production/manufacturing preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and lift heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (a plus).
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
