Are you a goal oriented individual ready to join our team? As a Facility/Admin Manager, you will be responsible in overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of a company's physical infrastructure and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
. Coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance programs.
. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
. Develop and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
. Oversee security, cleaning, and other outsourced services.
. Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
. Prepare and present facility reports to management.
Qualifications:
. OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Experience in facility management, admin officer or a similar role.
