We are looking for skilled Fabrication Welder who will be responsible for creating, assembling and repairing metal structures and components using various welding and fabrication techniques. This role involves interpreting blueprints, cutting and shaping materials, and welding parts to meet specifications while ensuring high-quality & safe products

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Fabrication:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape metal materials to the required dimensions using tools such as saws, grinders, and shears. Assemble metal components for welding.
Welding:
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts using techniques like MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- Perform spot, seam, and continuous welding as per project requirements. Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards.
Quality Assurance:
- Check finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Identify and repair defects or inconsistencies in welds or fabricated parts.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain and clean welding and fabrication equipment. Report any malfunctions or required repairs to supervisors.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all workplace safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure work is performed in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to read and implement designs
