Job Title: Executive Driver

Location: Ikeja, Lagos.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Executive Driver to provide secure and efficient transportation for company executives and senior staff. The Executive Driver will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, and upholding strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport executives to and from appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations.
• Plan routes and adjust to avoid traffic and road conditions, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition by performing regular cleaning, maintenance checks, and servicing.
• Keep detailed records of mileage, fuel use, and travel expenses.
• Monitor and renew vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
• Exhibit the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage or materials as needed.
• Remain flexible with work hours, including availability during weekends, evenings, or holidays as required.
Assist executives with basic errands or courier tasks when requested.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a personal or executive driver (minimum 8 -12 years).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility with hours and availability for short-notice trips.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving luxury or executive-class vehicles.
• Defensive driving certification or training.
• HND/BSCE holder preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and route optimization tools.
Prior experience in a corporate or high-profile environment.
