Our Client is looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive – Event Vendor Coordinator who will manage our new product, Event Vendors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing vendor relationships, bringing in new business deals and a deep understanding of the event management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
v Manage and oversee the operations of the Event Vendors product.
v Develop strategies to attract and onboard new vendors onto the platform.
v Ensure a seamless matching process between vendors and event organizers.
v Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors.
v Monitor and analyze the performance of the platform to suggest improvements.
v Promote/Market the platform digitally & physically to both vendors and event organizers to drive activations and sales.
v Provide training and support to vendors to maximize their engagement and success on the platform.
v Handle any issues or conflicts that arise in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
v Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Event Management, or a related field.
v 3-5 years of experience in vendor management or event coordination.
v Strong understanding of the event industry and its various service providers.
v Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
v Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results.
v Tech-savvy with proficiency in using modern business and communication tools.
