Role Overview
The Logistics & Event Management Lead will coordinate the planning and seamless execution of HEN’s Talk Adult Edition (November 2025) and other initiatives. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. From structuring activities to documenting outcomes, you’ll ensure every detail contributes to a smooth, impactful experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee all event logistics for HEN’s Talk Adult Edition.
Coordinate venue, schedules, resources, and on-ground arrangements.
Manage volunteer teams and ensure tasks are executed smoothly.
Research, document, and track project progress for accountability and reporting.
Collaborate with other team leads (content, publicity, design, finance).
Ensure the event experience is professional, timely, and impactful.
