Role Description
This contract role is for an Enumerator Pool to be based on-site in Damasak. The Enumerator will be responsible for collecting data in the field, conducting surveys, and ensuring accurate and reliable data collection. The role requires working closely with affected communities, participating in training sessions, and supporting various programmatic activities. The Enumerator will also be responsible for reporting findings to the project team in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in data collection, conducting surveys, and community engagement
- Knowledge and skills in using data collection tools and methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing situations
- Experience in humanitarian aid and development is a plus
- Ability to speak the local language is an advantage A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred
