Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential electrical issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Repair circuit breakers, transformers, motors, and other electrical components.
• Respond to emergency electrical issues and resolve them promptly.
Test electrical systems for continuity, voltage, and resistance to ensure safety and functionality.

Safety & Compliance:

• Adhere to all electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe work practices.
• Keep up to date with industry advancements and regulatory changes.
Assist in the development of electrical safety protocols

Energy Efficiency & Sustainability:

• Support energy-saving initiatives, including LED retrofitting and smart controls.
• Recommend improvements to electrical systems to reduce energy consumption.
Assist in implementing sustainable electrical solutions for facilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience
• Vocational certificate or equivalent
• Knowledge of Low and High Voltage electrical systems
