Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer located in Lagos. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for electrical design, working with electricity, power distribution, and power systems on a day-to-day basis.



Key Responsibilities:

Interpret architectural and interior design drawings to plan and execute lighting installations.

Install and configure profile lights, cove lighting, under-cabinet lights, wardrobe and furniture lighting, etc.

Perform accurate wiring, routing, and concealed connections as per safety and aesthetic standards.

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot lighting systems and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.

Collaborate with interior designers, carpenters, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of lighting with furniture and room finishes.

Recommend lighting solutions and provide input on fixtures, drivers, transformers, and control systems.

Maintain documentation of installed systems and ensure all work is delivered on time and to specification.

Adhere to project schedules and coordinate with the site manager to minimize delays and rework.

Ensure proper use of tools and materials and maintain site cleanliness and safety during installations.
