We’re Hiring: Educational Consultant (Onsite – Ibadan, Nigeria)

Study With FM is seeking a passionate Educational Consultant to join our Ibadan office. If you’re motivated, people-oriented, and eager to help students achieve their study abroad dreams, this role is for you!

Job Summary

You will manage student inquiries, provide expert study abroad guidance, and support applicants through every step of the admissions process. The focus is on delivering excellent consultations and achieving conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
• Advise students on study abroad options, universities, and courses
• Conduct consultations and assess student eligibility
• Follow up with leads and guide students through the application process
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system
• Collaborate with the admissions team for timely submissions
• Meet weekly/monthly conversion and sales targets
• Support students with documentation and interview preparation
• Represent the agency at virtual and physical fairs/events

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
• Diploma in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven with passion for education and student success
• Must be able to work onsite in Ibadan, Nigeria
