Who We Are
We are a startup foundation (based in Netherlands) on a mission to rebuild lives through housing, financial stability, and second chances. But behind the scenes? We’re building a quiet empire, and we’re looking for the right hunters to help fund it.
What You’ll Do
- Find and attract donors for our foundation (cold outreach, warm leads, or your own creative methods—we don’t care how, as long as you close)
- Build relationships and nurture leads
- Track your progress and results (we’ll give you a structure, you bring the hustle)
- Coordinate with our bookkeeper for transparent tracking of your commissions

Compensation
- Fixed salary: $250–$300/month
– 36 hours/week
– Fridays end at 1 PM Netherlands time
- Commission: 3% per donation you bring in
– No cap. You eat what you kill.
- Top performers can negotiate higher fixed pay after 3 months based on results.
Who We Want
- You’ve done cold calling, appointment setting, or lead gen before
- You can speak and write fluent English
- You are driven by numbers, not noise
- You can work independently, hit deadlines, and deliver receipts
- You know this is your shot, and you’ll fight for it
