Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of shipments, maintaining communication with drivers, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring timely delivery. Additional tasks include handling client inquiries, documenting and tracking shipments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience with logistics coordination and shipment management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using digital time management and tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
