Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and experienced Dispatch Riders to join our team. The role involves handling timely deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professionalism while on duty.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely deliver packages to customers within Lagos.
Operate and navigate using Android and iOS devices for delivery apps.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service and communication.
Ensure proper handling of packages.
Requirements:
Familiarity with routes in Lagos.
Age: 25–35 years.
Minimum of 1 year riding/driving experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Good communication skills.
Ability to use both Android and iOS devices.
