Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent, located in Lagos. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, scheduling meetings, presenting products and services, and closing sales. Additionally, the Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for maintaining customer records, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the finance team to manage transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Finance
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the consulting industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
