Job Summary
We are looking for a resourceful and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and consumer behavior, and can turn data-driven insights into high-performing campaigns.
This role requires hands-on expertise in paid advertising, content development, social media management, and performance analytics. If you're a self-starter with creative flair and marketing precision, we’d love to work with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cross-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, search, email, display).
- Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad managers.
- Plan and manage content calendars tailored to platform-specific best practices.
- Create or supervise the creation of engaging posts, reels, stories, and motion graphics.
- Build active online communities and increase audience reach, retention, and engagement.
- Optimize campaigns for conversion, CTR, CPC, and ROAS using A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Monitor traffic sources and sales funnels to recommend improvements.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits.
- Optimize website and blog content to improve visibility and ranking.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure a high-performing digital presence.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest), and email marketing platforms.
- Skilled in social media tools like Buffer.
- Basic graphic or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
- Strong communication and storytelling ability across different content formats.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Data-savvy, with the ability to translate metrics into marketing decisions. Agile and innovative, with a passion for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio or track record of executing campaigns that delivered measurable results.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and content strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
