Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a self-starter with strong graphic design skills, a good eye for branding and layout, and comfort managing digital content across social media platforms as well as the organization's website.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a blend of creative flair, marketing acumen, technical web skills, and business communication savvy . They are adept at analyzing what works, pivoting when needed, and confident in crafting compelling digital content that drives results. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on ROI through strategic marketing and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Strategically plan, develop, and schedule original, engaging content tailored to each platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and engage in conversations to increase visibility and trust.
- Monitor platform analytics and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
- Stay current with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for each platform.
Website Design & Management
- Redesign, manage, and update the company website to align with brand goals and marketing strategies.
- Ensure the site is optimized for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and performance.
- Collaborate with team members on landing pages, campaign pages, and updates that support marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze web traffic and user behavior to continuously improve UX/UI.
Content Creation & Digital Campaigns
- Write, design, and publish multimedia content including posts, graphics, videos, newsletters, and case studies.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns that align with specific marketing objectives (product launches, recruitment drives, brand positioning, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure brand and message consistency across all channels.
Lead Generation & Strategy
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and identify opportunities.
- Drive and track lead generation through digital campaigns, targeted content, and calls to action.
- Align all marketing efforts with sales and business development objectives.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing performance across social media, website, and campaign initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to refine ongoing strategies. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and others to track results.
Skill Sets Required / Preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design for print and digital (experience designing print publications highly preferred)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) and/or Canva
- Experience managing social media content calendars and creating engaging posts
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress)
- Experience organizing and promoting events online and in print
- Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in related role(s).
- Proven experience in social media management across various major social platforms.
- Proven experience in graphic design (using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Canva, etc).
- Proven experience in designing and managing orders for printed materials
- Proficiency in web design and familiarity with website management (WordPress or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track social media metrics and adapt strategies to improve performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an open, dialogue-oriented environment. Ability to work independently and with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial records.
