Content Creation: - Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email, and blog posts. - Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user experience. 4. Paid Advertising: - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Analyze ad performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. 5. Email Marketing: - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. - Manage email lists, create email content, and analyze email performance metrics. 6. Analytics and Reporting: - Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates. - Provide regular reporting and insights to inform digital marketing strategies. 7. Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product teams. - Communicate digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. - Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, paid advertising, and content creation. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform digital marketing strategies. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
