The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and property sales conversions. You'll lead our digital transformation by managing online platforms, content, SEO, paid ads, and analytics to ensure the brand stays top-of-mind in Nigeria’s competitive real estate space.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, schedule, and publish high-converting content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and grow followers.
- Track trends and leverage viral opportunities in real estate content.
Content Creation & Management
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and videographers to produce engaging visuals and video content.
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and email content aligned with brand tone.
Digital Ads & Campaigns
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions using A/B testing.
SEO/SEM & Website Traffic Growth
- Implement basic SEO strategies to drive traffic to the company website and landing pages.
- Monitor keyword performance and optimize content for discoverability.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to track ROI and campaign performance.
- Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Build, manage, and segment email databases for property listings, client nurturing, and announcements.
- Design email marketing funnels using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or Flowdesk.
- Support WhatsApp Business campaigns and auto-response setups.
Lead Generation & CRM Support
- Set up and manage lead forms, landing pages, and automated follow-up systems.
- Work with the sales team to qualify digital leads and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (real estate industry preferred).
- Proven results in social media management and digital advertising.
- Proficient in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email tools, and analytics.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and copywriting skills.
- Agile, tech-savvy, and able to work under minimal supervision.
