Our Client is a vibrant fashion house specializing in designing and creating luxury custom dresses.
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to lead our online marketing strategy, manage our social media presence, and create compelling digital content that showcases our fashion pieces. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, highly creative, and experienced in driving brand growth through digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, email, etc.).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform digital strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, engagement).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Build and engage a strong online community; respond to comments, messages, and DMs promptly.
- Collaborate with the production team to showcase behind-the-scenes content and new arrivals.
- Run paid social media campaigns and manage ad budgets effectively.
- Create high-quality, on-brand photo, video, and written content for digital channels.
- Oversee product photoshoots, model shoots, and user-generated content campaigns.
- Design visually appealing content for email newsletters, banners, and promotions.
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging.
- Update and manage content on the company website and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, and promotional banners.
- Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, stylists, and fashion bloggers.
- Track influencer campaign performance and ROI.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Photoshop, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Photography, videography, and basic editing skills.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills. Passion for fashion, trends, and storytelling through digital content.
- Experience managing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently, meet target given by the company and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and fashion retail.
