Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, create, and publish engaging digital content across social media, websites, and other online platforms.
- Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, and emerging platforms to inform content strategy.
- Ensure all content aligns with the station’s brand voice, values, and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and programming teams to amplify on-air shows and campaigns digitally.
- Track, analyze, and report content performance using data-driven insights to optimize reach and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage online interactions with listeners. Stay updated with best practices in digital media, content creation, and audience engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or multimedia production.
- Demonstrated experience in social media content creation, ideation, and trend analysis.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (SEO, social media metrics, etc.) for performance monitoring and optimization.
- Practical skills in photography and video editing for content production.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt quickly to changing media landscapes.
