*Job Summary*
The Design Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and refining architectural designs for a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate must be skilled in architectural drawing, 3D modeling, and able to translate client needs into visually compelling and practical designs.
*Key Responsibilities*
Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and design proposals for construction projects.
Use CAD and 3D modeling software to create detailed plans, elevations, and renderings.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure design feasibility.
Prepare presentations and design documentation for client approvals.
Visit project sites to ensure design compliance during execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in architecture and construction.
*Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design within a construction or real estate firm.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
Strong visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
