We build fast, accessible web and mobile apps with performance, UX, and SEO built in. We are a small team that ships quickly and cares about real results for clients.
The Role
You will own an outbound pipeline, move inbound leads to discovery, scope and price solutions, manage proposals, and close. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Lead to keep the funnel healthy and predictable.
How you will work with Marketing
- Agree on ICP and offers together, then keep them tight and testable
- Use marketing assets in outreach: short videos, carousels, case studies, lead magnets
- Pick up MQLs fast and add full notes in the CRM
- Share objections and win or loss reasons so campaigns improve Meet weekly for a 30 minute growth sync and keep one shared dashboard
What you will do
- Build and manage target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, events, and referrals
- Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences that feel human and relevant
- Respond to inbound MQLs within 2 business hours during 9:00 to 17:00 WAT
- Hold discovery calls, qualify to SQL, map problems to clear solutions
- Draft proposals and pricing with delivery and the CEO, then negotiate and close
- Drive partnerships and channel deals where they make sense
- Keep the CRM clean: source, campaign, notes, next step, close date, value Report weekly on pipeline, risks, next actions, and what you need to win
What you have done
- 3 to 5 years closing or advancing B2B deals for a software studio, SaaS, or agency
- A track record of booked meetings and closed revenue against a target
- Clear writing for outreach and proposals, confident on calls
- Daily use of a CRM and a calendar tool, strong pipeline discipline
- Experience scoping projects like website rebuilds, performance tune ups, or app features Comfortable using marketing data in sales conversations, for example proof from GA4 or case studies
Nice to have
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and light sequencing skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Notion CRM, and simple dashboards
- Understanding of African tech markets and buyer needs
- RFP or tender experience for NGOs or enterprises Basic grasp of web stacks so you can translate client needs for delivery
KPIs you will own
- Outbound replies and meetings booked
- MQL to SQL rate and time to first reply
- SQL to win rate and revenue Sales cycle length and forecast accuracy
