Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven and security-savvy sales professional to lead the charge in promoting 3Cs Aquarah cybersecurity solutions to existing clients and new prospects—primarily in the oil and gas, financial services, and public sectors. The ideal candidate blends technical insight with consultative selling skills to deliver tailored protection strategies to organisations facing growing digital threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by selling cybersecurity services such as VAPT, endpoint protection, network security, data loss prevention, and CISOaaS etc.
- Build strategic relationships with CIOs, CISOs, procurement leads, and decision-makers
- Present cybersecurity roadmaps, ROI cases, and architecture frameworks that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Respond to RFPs and develop customised proposals that address client pain points
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats (NDPR, CBN Cyber Framework, ISO/NIST)
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to conduct product demos, workshops, and client discovery sessions
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets, pipeline metrics, and customer retention KPIs Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and thought-leadership forums
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; cybersecurity certifications (CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in solution-based sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services domain
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise risk management
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and deal-closing skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in fast-paced environments Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques
