Job Description:
Jollof Square is seeking a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Support Analyst to manage customer feedback, resolve complaints, and provide insights that improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, social media, and messaging platforms
- Track and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with kitchen and delivery teams to resolve issues quickly
- Prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction metrics
- Maintain a database of recurring issues and solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in any discipline
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Social media literacy is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or food service industry is an advantage
