Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Course Instructor located in Yaba Lagos. The Course Instructor will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering instructional activities. Additional duties include developing course materials, assessing students' progress, providing feedback, and maintaining an engaging learning environment. The Instructor will also participate in research activities and collaborate with other staff to enhance TNA's curriculum.

Qualifications

• Up to five years Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional activities
• Strong presentation, assessment, and feedback skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage effectively with students and maintain a positive learning environment
• Research skills and a commitment to continued personal development in the field
• Experience in the care industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Care, Social Work or a related field
• Knowledge of ethical and professional standards in care services
Based in Yaba, Ikeja, Mushin, Surulere and Environs.
