JOB SUMMARY:
We're on the hunt for a dynamic and proactive Content Creator who can also skillfully provide Executive Assistant support. This unique, hybrid role is perfect for a creative powerhouse with exceptional organizational abilities. You'll be instrumental in bringing our brand to life through captivating storytelling and visuals across all digital platforms, while simultaneously ensuring our executive operations run smoothly and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support:
- Manage and optimize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare essential reports, presentations, and documents.
- Handle all correspondence, emails, and calls with utmost professionalism.
- Support daily operational flow and effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Content Creation:
- Develop and execute compelling content strategies that align with our brand's aesthetic and goals.
- Produce high-quality visual and written content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and our website.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely publishing.
- Capture engaging behind-the-scenes moments, highlight product features, and support brand campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Track engagement metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar administrative or content creation role, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong familiarity with key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- A high degree of discretion and professionalism.
