Job Description Who are we looking for? We are in search of a Construction Project Manager with any combination of the following backgrounds: Architect/M&E Engineer who will plan, execute, monitor, and manage construction projects.The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to work with the leading players in the built environment sector. He/she will assume a leadership role in multiple projects from conception to handover. Roles and Responsibilities
- On-site visits (Budget, Schedule, Issues/ Risk Tracking, Construction Quality assurance, and status reporting).
- Coordinate site activities to ensure the structural/electrical/mechanical/interior plans are executed according to specification, quality, budget, and timeline.
- Identify outstanding issues through weekly meetings, correspondence, request for change, performance reports, status reports, and schedule updates.
- Update issue tracking system and communicate status to team members.
- Review issue resolution with sponsor, team members and team leaders.
- Manage outstanding issues (issue identification, investigation and tracking reports, issue management log, report on issues submitted and approved.
- Initiate change request, evaluate impact, obtain formal acceptance of change, revise work breakdown structure and schedules, communicate the change to affected team members, manage /control the change.
- Manage activities associated with obtaining client-supplied information (existing conditions, survey and legal).
- Lead Management of all activities associated with analyzing requirements and conducting feasibility studies (Functional, regulatory, alternatives, construction).
- Assist and provide input in the creation of schematics (floor plans, flow and proximity diagrams, client review and feedback).
- Manage activities associated with a budget review (Quantity take-offs, environmental audit, remediation, demolition renovation, and construction).
- Lead management of ensuring consultant/ drawings coordination and recommending to the project owner concerning matters related to the project e.g. size, design standard, planning, etc.
- Review of system integration (Control system engineering and design, requirement specification, panels, instrumentation and fitting out items). Review all Arch/ Engr. drawings from concept to proposal and construction.

- Standard project management procedures. Strong design skills: 3D CAD modeling, Revit

Experience 6 years post graduation experience with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role and responsibilities in a reputable organization. Qualifications
- A first degree in Architecture/Engineering (electrical/mechanical) from a reputable university. Project Management Professional Certification is required. Strong provable project management experience with a reputable company may override certificate requirement.

For Architect: A portfolio of conceptual and delivered work – done by self or in collaboration with a team from previous employment with a reputable architectural firm. For Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) : A track record in design with a reputable firm.
