Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing and engaging with the community on various platforms, moderating discussions, creating content to encourage engagement, and assisting with the coordination of online events and activities. The Community Manager will also provide support and guidance to program participants and help resolve any issues they might encounter.
Community Focus: Telegram, LinkedInpage, Facebook page, Youtube, Tiktok etc
Qualifications
- Experience in community management, social media engagement, and content creation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively moderate discussions and manage online communities
- Skill in digital marketing, social media strategy, and online event coordination
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
