What You'll Do:
Manage and engage with our community across social media platforms, forums, and online groups
Respond to comments, messages, and posts in a friendly and helpful manner
Monitor and track conversations, feedback, and trends in our community
Create and execute engagement strategies to grow and nurture our community
Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns and events
Organize virtual events, webinars, and giveaways to increase engagement
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a passion for building online relationships
Experience using social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
Ability to stay calm and professional in both positive and challenging situations
A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Bonus: Experience with community management tools like Discourse, Slack, or Discord
