We’re launching the TinzWave AI Coding Bootcamp , a hands-on, career-focused coding and AI training program designed for beginners and upskillers across Africa.
As we prepare for kickoff, we’re building a strong community — and we need YOU to lead it.
Role: Community Manager
We have a waitlist of eager learners ready to enroll, but we need someone who can build trust , drive engagement , and convert interest into action .
Responsibilities:
- Engage and follow up with waitlisted participants
- Drive user sign-ups and assist with onboarding and payments
- Build and manage our bootcamp community (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
- Handle inquiries and support through messages and calls
- Coordinate live Q&A sessions and pre-bootcamp webinars
- Share updates, success stories, and maintain momentum Work closely with the bootcamp founder and team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience in community building, marketing, or customer success
- Ability to work independently and meet goals Bonus: familiarity with tech, coding bootcamps, or edtech
Type: Remote | Part-Time
Compensation: To be discussed during the interview
