ABOUT THE ROLE

Doje Care Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Business Development

Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will support the Director of Operations and Business Development, managing the day-to-day Operational and Marketing activities across our Real Estate, Logistics, and Outsourcing companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor daily operations across brands ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

• Facilitate coordination between internal departments.

• Support rollout and implementation of new systems, procedures, and campaigns.

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and operational checklists.

• Ensure organization-wide alignment of operational standards.

• Execute assigned tasks and follow up with relevant teams.

• Assist in planning and executing special projects and marketing activations.

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.

• Coordinate timely service delivery with external partners, such as vendors, service providers, suppliers, amongst others.

• Support quality assurance efforts for products, services and vendors performance.

• Maintain up-to-date trackers for operational tasks, performance, and issue resolution.

• Compile weekly department updates for inclusion in operations and business development reports.

• Submit weekly reports to Director of Operations and Business Development.

QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Office Administration, or related fields.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

• A fast learner with a willingness to grow and adapt.

• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
