?Job Title: Commercial Broiler Farm Officer

As we scale operations to meet growing demand, we are hiring Commercial Broiler Farm Officers to drive excellence in poultry production and farm management.

? Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

✔ Planning and supervising commercial broiler operations across multiple production cycles.

✔ Delivering top performance with KPIs such as:

• Avg. body weight: 2kg
• FCR: 1.56
• Mortality: <3%

✔ Ensuring proper pen house prep, stocking, rearing & harvesting in line with SOPs.

✔ Managing and motivating farm staff while maintaining low turnover.

✔ Coordinating with feed and chick suppliers, vets, and the head of operations.

✔ Maintaining high farm presentation standards and enforcing biosecurity, HSE & welfare policies.

? Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Animal Science, Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on poultry farm experience
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
