Job Title : Collections and Loan Performance Officer

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments.
- Initiate collection actions, including phone calls, emails, reminder letters, and WhatsApp follow up where applicable.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements with delinquent borrowers based on their financial capacity.
- Maintain open communication with borrowers, providing support and guidance on repayment options.
- Resolve client issues related to billing discrepancies, loan terms, or payment difficulties in a professional manner.
- Educate borrowers on financial responsibilities, repayment schedules, and consequences of default.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 - 1 years work experience.
- Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Agile, Teachable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong Listening skills.
- Persuasive, sales / marketing and analytical skills will be an added advantage.
- Must have Smart Phone.(Android or iPhone)
