Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Coffee Barista to join our team.

- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café area
- Operate coffee-making equipment with skill and care
- Engage customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and answer menu-related questions
- Manage stock levels and restock supplies as needed
- Handle POS system for transactions and ensure accuracy in billing Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of coffee blends, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must reside in the Lekki-Ajah axis of Lagos
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Positive attitude and team spirit
Preferred
- Certification in food safety or hospitality Experience in upscale or fast-paced café environments
