What You’ll Do as a Coding Mentor:
- Conduct code reviews and support students through personalized mentorship
- Run analytics using database queries
- Engage with tech partners and contribute to events
- Monitor student progress and platform engagement
- Identify platform bugs and assist in module development
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
- Occasionally support events during evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid coding background; multi-language experience is a plus (Go especially)
- Passion for education and peer-to-peer learning models
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset
- Previous experience in a peer-learning environment is a strong advantage
