Job Description:

Are you a seasoned technical recruiter with a passion for mentoring and coaching? Hagital is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team as a Career Coach, specializing in the cloud engineering sector. In this unique role, you will leverage your recruiting expertise to guide and support cloud engineering students in advancing their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Career Coaching: Provide personalized career coaching to cloud engineering students, helping them navigate their career paths, develop their skills, and achieve their professional goals.
• Recruitment Expertise: Regularly disseminate relevant job opportunities to students. Utilize your recruitment experience to advise clients on job market trends, resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Networking: Build and maintain a strong network within the cloud engineering community to identify potential coaching clients and opportunities for collaboration.
• Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops and webinars on various career development topics, including job search strategies, networking, and skills enhancement.
• Resource Development: Create and maintain resources such as guides, templates, and toolkits to support clients in their job search and career development.
• Client Success: Track and measure client progress and satisfaction, adjusting coaching strategies as needed to ensure client success.
• Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cloud engineering sector to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
Conduct 30-minute UK Career Clarity sessions with prospective students of Hagital Consulting.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on the cloud engineering sector.
• Coaching Skills: Proven experience in career coaching, mentoring, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud technologies and the technical requirements for cloud engineering roles. Relevant Technical Recruiting global Certifications, AZ 104, AZ 900 and AWS Solutions Architect
• Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Tools: Proficiency with career coaching tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Education: Certifications are an added advantage and not a must. Relevant Work Experience is preferred
