About the Role:
We are hiring a Clinic Manager / Client Service Executive to lead the daily administrative and operational functions of Skingenic Pro Esthetics. This person will be the first point of contact for clients and will ensure a seamless, professional, and positive experience while managing the team and operational needs. This role combines client relationship management, administrative support, team supervision, and operational oversight.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, client flow, and treatment delivery.
Provide exceptional client service from initial inquiry through follow-up. Handle bookings, client communications, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism.
Supervise team performance, ensuring adherence to brand standards, treatment protocols, and client care expectations.
Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Coordinate marketing activities, support social media engagement, and drive client retention strategies.
Prepare and present operational reports (KPIs, sales performance, client satisfaction).
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Support staff training, motivation, and performance management.
- Oversee financial transactions, petty cash, and basic bookkeeping related to the clinic.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managerial, client service, or administrative roles, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical esthetics industry.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, scheduling software).
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and solve problems proactively.
- A people-person with a passion for client satisfaction and team success.
- Professional appearance and demeanor in line with Skingenic Pro Esthetics’ brand image.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in spa, esthetics, or wellness management.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, clinic booking systems including Fresha & Splice and financial reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and meeting coordination.
- Social media management experience is a plus.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
